Delivery

One of the top priorities of BTSC is fast and expedient delivery of goods to the customer. Considering our continuously improved car fleet and the logistics labour resources, we are convinced that we can be faster and more organised than others! However, although we endeavour to deliver the ordered goods fast, we must face the daily traffic jams that prolong the delivery time. Therefore we invite the customers to place orders in a timely manner and not to postpone them until the last minute.



As soon as we have received a customer’s order (by phone or via the BTSC online system), the logistics officer of the particular region or the courier receives it in his/her mobile device, checks the order information and starts fulfilling it by first reserving it for delivery and later changing the delivery status notes until the delivery is completed. If you are a BTSC online system user, you can also follow the delivery status of your order and its changes. By organising the logistics work in this manner, the BTSC courier sometimes arrives for the customer’s order in a few minutes after it is received.
