BTSC office equipment service

BTSC offers its clients full service for office equipment ranging from regular technical maintenance to the most difficult office equipment repairs.

A very important issue is to choose a company to entrust taking care of your printing equipment to avoid idle time when you need to perform urgent printing works. We assure you that the knowledge, experience, skills, and resources of our specialists can quickly provide you with the best service possible. Here is a description of the BTSC office equipment service procedures for your consideration:



Upon receiving the client’s order (over the phone or in the BTSC Online system) about the need to perform repairs or preventive maintenance check-up of the equipment a service order is created along with a work task for the specialist, showing the client’s comments describing the defect and other topical information;

The specialist accepting the order, assembles the spare parts which could be damaged according to the defect description, and makes a visit at the client’s location;

The client’s office equipment which has been delivered to our company’s service for the first time, is assigned a special identification number (hereinafter ID) printed on a special durable label which is attached to the client’s office equipment. From this moment on, the service history of your equipment begins which at any time will allow finding out all events relating to this equipment. If you are a BTSC Online user, you will see the whole history of events by entering the equipment ID in the Service History section. If the equipment has been repeatedly delivered to our service, the previously assigned ID number is recorded in the service report;

Only after full defect diagnostics are performed and the necessary repairs are coordinated with the client, the specialist starts repairs of the equipment. When visiting the client, the specialist can use mobile devices to access information not only about the operations performed with this equipment (ID) and about the service history, but also about the spare parts necessary for the equipment that are available in the warehouse;

If more time is necessary for eliminating the defect and it requires ordering parts from the manufacturer, at no additional cost we offer to replace the damaged equipment with an equivalent until the defect is eliminated;

After completing the equipment repairs, the specialist enters all information about the equipment (ID) into the system, namely, with regard to the changed parts associated with the ID, all remarks related to the order performance are entered into the system. Finally, the service order is completed.

We offer to perform maintenance upon request, as well as regular technical maintenance of equipment according to an agreement, when the specialist arrives according to a schedule established in the client’s agreement and ensures safe equipment operations in the long-term. Most frequently, such maintenance is necessary for copy machines, laser and inkjet faxes, laser and inkjet printers, needle printers, document shredders, as well as for computers. To assess the current condition of your equipment, before concluding a service agreement we offer to perform a free-of-charge equipment diagnostics. After the diagnostics, the client manager will propose the most suitable agreement conditions for you. Your office equipment will always be in a working condition!
